Wallsburg, Utah, is a small rural town located east of Deer Creek Reservoir in Heber Valley. It is 20 miles up Provo Canyon from Orem and 13 miles from Heber City, Utah. Surrounded by the Uinta-Wasatch Cache National Forest, it was settled in 1862 by William Madison Wall, a Mormon pioneer. The festival is held in conjunction with the R.W.
